Dubai Police Force Unveil A New Driverless Miniature Police Car

News out of Dubai is that the police have announced the introduction of a new, self driving police car, that can scan areas for criminals.

These vehicles will be fitted with Biometric software that can identify unwanted suspects.

They will also be fitted with 360 deg cameras

If simple ground surveillance is not enough, they will be able to launch a drone.

Perhaps South Africa should take a feather out of their cap and introduce similar technology to help our police force create a safer and smarter city.

If this were to happen, Smash and Grab window film, on vehicle windows, would not be absolutely necessary in vehicles any longer.
